| dc.description.abstract | The results of the evaluation of the Ministry of Health in 2009 is known that
75,410 villages and villages throughout Indonesia recorded 42,295 (56,1%o) villages
and the village has initiated efforts to create the alert village. But not all of the alert
village have implemented real condition actively as it should. Since the early
establishment of alert village in Aceh Besar district indicated slow in its development,
of 604 rural villages that formed only 104 in 2006 (17,2%o) at the end of 2010 to 225
village s (37, 2%o) were successfully established.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of social support
(emotional support, instrumental support, infornation support and award support)
on the participation of cadres in the alert village program in Darul Imarah and Ingin
Jaya health centers Aceh Besar District. This type of research was analytic with
cross sectional design. The population in this study were the entire cadres of Darul
Imarah and Ingin Jaya health centers numbering 50 people. Data obtained by
interview using questionnaire, analyzed by multiple logistic regression.
The results showed that statistically variable emotional support, instrumental
support, information support and awards support influence on the participation of
cadres in the alert village program and emotional support was the most influence
variable on the participation of cadres in Darul Imarah and Ingin Jaya health centers
Aceh Besar District.
It is recommended to the head village and midwives village to motivate, listen
the complaints and providing support to cadres for the implementation of alert
village, to improve more participate for cadres to the establishment of the care
village community, resposive and be able to recognize, prevent and solve health
problems on their own. | en_US |
