Abstract

The role of DPRD of the city of Binjai in the implementation of licensing system is to make local regulation and to control the application of the local regulation related to the licensing system. This is done with the spirit of local autonomy ln development with the objective of the creation of welfare and justice for community and commission C oi the DPRD of the city of Binjai is responsible for this licensing issue. lt is suggested that the DPRD of the city of Binjai keep controlling the application of currently available local regulation and the activities of the community in Binjai which are not yet regulated in the existing local regulation; therefore, the DPRD of the city of Binjai should make and issue the local regulation on the licensing retribution in the city of Binjai as well as providing a routine extension and socializing the existing local regulation and the local regulation to be issued to the community
