Based on the fact our domestic sugarance industries haven’t meet the
demand of overall needs of sugar, our goverment shall of anticipate the
increasing amount of sugar demand within the society. This issue occurred
because the lack of sugar factory and limited sugar production has because one of
the most social issues howadays, in order to fulfill the demand of sugar in society.
The purpose of this research was to analize the can sugarance system at PT.
Perkebunan Nusantara II (persero) Sei Semayang Estate and the dominant factor
whish happened and needed by all stakeholder. The reseach was done by system
approach using sereal methods of data collecting, such as quitionaire, interview,
and discussion for environmental condition. In this system, identification of
sugarance system was through aspect such as environment aspect was on
environmental support. While the socio-tecnik evaluates the efficiency of
employees in doing there job.
