dc.description.abstract | Water utilization effectively and efficiently is very important conducted in
plants conducting at difficult area water range and dry area, until plants amount
of water required still can be fulfilled. Drip irrigation is considered as one of
alternative in fulfilling plants amount of water required in correct time, volume
and quality. In concequence, conducted research about utilization of drip
irrigation using alternative emitter at conducting of lettuce plants (Lactuca
sativa). Parameters that perceived are debit of emitter output water average,
irrigation uniformity, drenching level, plants amount of water required of lettuce
plants (Lactuca sativa), and level of plants productivity of lettuce plants.
The results showed that measurement at the site conducted for three
periods. Those were early growth period, middle growth period and final growth
period. Debit of emitter output water average during growth periods were 282
ml/hour, 280 ml/hour and 280,56 ml/hour. Irrigation uniformity during growth
periods were 95,55%, 96,73% and 96,40%. Percentage of drenching level was
55,55%. The oretical plants amount of water required during growth periods were
86,079 mm/day, 137,727 mm/day and 172,159 mm/day. The level of plants
productivity of lettuce plants was 344 grams | en_US |
