ZULTIX LAS RISANTA: Design and construction of Lemang’s electrics type of
vertical,. supervisied by SAIPUL BAHRI DAULAY and ACHWIL PUTRA MUNIR.
The process to cook lemang’s about resuct processing agriculture for next
step was very simple and have weakness but we could minimization for the
process this. The purpose of this research was design, build, test and analyze the
economic value of lemang electric cook.
Based on this research it was summarized that the effective capacity, of
the equipment was 1,42 kg/hour. The color was categorized for the average 2,9
(like), the formed for scale 3,1 (like), aroma for the scale 2,9 (like) and taste for
the scale 3,3 (like) crispy for the scale 3,5 (crispy). Economic analysis was as
follows for the basic cast 4.113,2/kg. brak event point (BEP) 42,13 kg/years.
Internal of retrun (IRR) was 10,87%.
