Determination of Value of Evapotranspiration and Plant coefficient of oil palm (tenera Variety) (Elaies guenensis Jack) supervised by SUMONO and AINUN ROHANAH. Considering that the oil palm plants consume a lot of water, the need for more in depth assessment of the magnitude of the rate of evapotraspiration especially oil palm plantations, and in the early stages the process can begin from nursery. The value of crop evapotranspiration can be determined based on the value of potential evaporation and oil palm crop coefficients for each period of growth. This study was aimed to determine the value of evapotranspiration and crop coefficients using tenera seeds at the age of 4 months. Evapotranspiration value of oil palm plantations in the early phase of plant research or 5 months of age was 0.9 mm/day and the final phase of the plant or the age of 6 months was 0.98 mm/day. The amount of evaporation in the initial phase of the study was 1.98 mm/day and in the final phase was 1.93 mm/day. Oil palm crop coefficient obtained in the initial phase of the study was 0.47 and in the final phase was 0.5.en_US
