The study was conducted on the probes of cape morawa mother seed hall, sprouts of pakam, kabuaten's deli deli. The purpose of research is to find out how the growth and production of several varieties of irrigation rice rice with biochar from different sources. The design of the experiment that has been used in this study isa separate grid design with two treatments. The first is giving off multiple sources of biochar material with 5 points of treatment: without biochar, rice chaff biochar, coconut biochar, blank tan and jengkol skin biochar. The second treatment is ciherang, hipa 19, Inpari 33. Observable parameters are the height of the crop (cm), number of tillers, number of panicles, the weight of the production of drought - grain grain per patch, the weight of the production of grain grain per patch, the weight of 1,000 grains (g).Studies indicate that the use of certain varieties of rice in the growth and production of certain crops clearly has a bearing on the high levels of the 6-9 week after planting crops. The use of certain varieties of ciherang, hypa 19 and inpari 33 indicates that the high difference between crops began at the age of 6 week after planting. Biochar's giving from different sources of growth and production has no visible impact on plant height, amount of seedlings, amount of malai, weight of dry grain weight. The result of the final analysis of paddy fields after being given biochar treatment experienced an increase in nutrients such as N-total, P, K ang C-organic in all treatments.
