Rent cost determination of hand tractor in Perbaungan District is still in
manual system that will make farmer who serve rental tractor service for paddy
fields tillage can’t determine the appropriate rent cost and do feasibility analysis
for this business . This research was aimed to get a simulation program based
computer that will help farmer finds informations of hand tractor management for
paddy field tillage. This simulation was designed oriented to the user, using
Visual Basic 2010 programming language and Microsoft Access 2007 database
system. This research was done in Mei until August 2016 in Melati II, Tualang
and Lubuk Bayas villages.
Based the result of calculation, it was found that rent cost of hand tractor
for three farm group in Melati II village are Rp. 624.975/Ha, Rp. 581.454/Ha and
Rp. 624.975/Ha. In Tualang are Rp. 547.214/Ha, Rp. 591.938/Ha and
Rp. 495.525/Ha. In Lubuk Bayas are Rp. 504.818/Ha, Rp. 581.437/Ha and
