| dc.description.abstract | The existence of paper waste increase with the use of paper in all levels of
society. Paper waste is one of them consists of the paper industry. The handling
of this waste must be done correctly so that it doesn’t contaminate the
environment. The trick is to recycle waste paper. One of the products that can be
produced from the processing of waste paper is the egg rack, which can be used
as packaging for quail eggs. This research aims to design and create a framer
quail egg rack as well as test the parameters of the effective capacity and amount
of untreated then analyze the economic value of framer quail egg rack.
The results showed that the effective capacity of the tools of 2,65 kg/hour
and the amount of untreated materials of 3,07%. Economic analysis showed that
break even point was 1457,37 kg on the fifth year, the net present value was Rp
12.295.643,1 /year with an interest rates of 6,75% and Rp 8.633.897,5 /year with
an interest rates 8% and as well as the internal rate of return of 12,2%. | en_US |
