Rancang Bangun Alat Pencetak Pelet Ikan Manual

Abstract

DWI ARY ERTANTO: Design of manual fish pellet molden, supervised by SAIPUL BAHRI DAULAY and ACHWIL PUTRA MUNIR. Of the many fishing businesses, then it can not be denied that the need for a large amount of feed can not be avoided, then the solution of thise problem is to desigen their own fish feed to reduce the cost. This study was aimed to design, build, test and analyze the economic value of manual fish pellet maker manual. The study was conducted from November to December 2015. The study was conducted at the Laboratory of Agricultural Engineering Study Program Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The parameters observed were the effective capacity, the percentage of material left behind, yield, and economic analysis. The results showed that the capacity of the fish pellet wolder 33.77 kg / hour, percentage of material left was 27%, the yield was 72.66%, pellet was Rp.291.52 / kg in the first year, Rp.291.60 / kg in the second year, Rp.291.68 / kg in the third year, Rp.291.77 / kg in the fourth year, and Rp.291.87 / kg in the fifth year, the BEP as much as 24.10 kg / year, the IRR 48.72%, the NPV was at 7.5% interest rate was Rp.8.017.867.692 which means the business is feasible to run.
