M AFANDI : Test of several levels of RPM speed of mechanical coffee roasters
type rotary on the product quality. Supervised by SAIPUL BAHRI DAULAY and
ACHWIL PUTRA MUNIR.
Testing process of several rpm Speed of mechanical coffee roasters type
rotary on the quality of the product, is interesting to note. This research was held
to design, construct and testing of the coffee roaster parameters observed ware
effective capacity, yield and organoleptic test.
It was summerised that the effective capaeity of this equipment was 2.76
kg/hr, the yield percentage was 79.25%, and the organoleptic test was 2.45%
(color).
