Research on ecological studies of Ficus spp. on the Karo community has been carried out in the Tangkahan Forest. It aims to analyze the ecological factors of Ficus spp. and obtain information regarding its utilization in the Tangkahan forest area, which was carried out from March 2020 to March 2022. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling method, namely choosing locations intentionally. Vegetation data were analyzed with the value of density (K), diversity index (H’), evenness index (E) and similarity index (IS). The stored carbon was analyzed using the Kattering’s allometric equation and soil nutrients were analyzed in the laboratory. There were 12 spesies of Ficus with 567 individuals/ha. Spesies density Ficus spp. at all growth rates ranging from 1 to 11 individuals/ha. Diversity index of all growth rates was moderate and evenness index of all growth rates was high. Similarity index ranged from 16.67–75%. Carbon stored at this location was 8.74 tons C/ha. Soil element analysis was carried out in category C-organic, N-total, P-Bray I, K-dd, Ca, Mg and pH.en_US
