    Abstract
    Soybean is food comodity has been cultivated in Indonesia. Some products of soybean are produced such as trivial, ice cream, Soymilk, Soybean flour, soybean oil, animal feed and material of industry. Hole Filter is one of the main components on soymilk makers, where hole filter act as a filter of soy milk, thus the soymilk become perfectly complete. This research aims to eximine the variation of hole filter on the soymilk maker. Parameters that observed were effective capasity of the tools, yield and water content of soybean dregs. The result of this research shows that the capasity of the equiptment on hole filter having diameter 3 mm is 6.27 kg/h, while the hole filter having diameter 2.5 mm is 5.67 kg/h. And the hole filter having diameter 2 mm is 4.77 kg/h. The yield obtaining on soymilk maker which applied hole filter having diameter 3 mm is 51,07 %, while for the hole filter having diameter 2.5 mm, the yield is 46.4% , and the yield is 41.87% for hole filter having diameter 2 mm. The water content of soybean dregs on hole filter having diameter 3 mm is 27.4%, while for hole filter having diameter 2.5 mm, the water content of soybean dregs is 28.87%, and the water content of soybean dregs on hole filter having diameter 2 mm is 30.76%.
