dc.description.abstractOrganizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a behavior in which employees have a voluntary attitude, and do work more than targeted. OCB can be affected by job satisfaction and organizational commitment. If the employee feels satisfied with the work he does, he can complete his work optimally. And if an employee has more commitment to the company, then that employee will do whatever work is needed to improve the progress of the company This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (PTPN IV) Unit Bah Butong. The influence between job satisfaction and organizational commitment will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The form of research used in this study is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling used the Slovin formula and used 64 respondents as a sample. The primary data used in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires directly while the secondary data were obtained through literature studies. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test. The results of the study conducted showed that the variables of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment had a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously (together) on the OCB of PTPN IV Plant Processing Employees. The coefficient of determination test showed that the close relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to OCB with an R value of 0.788. Through the Adjusted R Square value or the value of the coefficient of determination, it shows that the variables Job Satisfaction (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) can explain the OCB (Y) variable by 60.8%, while the remaining 32.9% is influenced by other variables that are not discussed in this study.en_US
