Hubungan Perilaku Prososial dengan Resiliensi Komunitas Ojek Online pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19
Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between prosocial behavior and the
resilience of the online motorcycle taxi community, and furthermore to find out
how the description of the high and low prosocial behavior and resilience of the
online motorcycle taxi community is.The criteria for participants in this study are
online motorcycle taxi drivers and a minimum of 2 years of being an online
motorcycle taxi driver, with a total of 245 participants. This type of research is a
quantitative research with correlational method that uses a Likert scale as a data
collection method, namely the Community Advancing Resilience Toolkit
Assessment Survey (CART AS) by Pfefferbaum et al. (2015) and the Prosocialness
Scale For Adults (PSA) by Caprara et al. (2005). The analytical method used in
this study is the Pearson's correlations method with the results showing that Ha is
rejected and Ho is accepted, because Pearson's r-value = -0.032 and p-value =
0.622 > 0.05 or p-value is greater than 0.05, so that the results in this study do
not show a relationship between prosocial behavior and the resilience of the
online motorcycle taxi community.
