    Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Karyawan Pt Ima Montaz Sejahtera

    Abstract
    This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees at PT Ima Montaz Sejahtera. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The subjects in the study were employees of PT Ima Montaz Sejahtera with a sample of 66 people. Data was collected using a Likert scale consisting of the OCB scale, organizational climate and job satisfaction. The method of analysis in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) organizational climate has a positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT Ima Montaz Sejahtera (Sig = 0.02 < 0.05, t = 2.347 > 1.998); (2) job satisfaction has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) for employees of PT Ima Montaz Sejahtera (Sig = 0.55 < 0.05, t = 1.952 < 1.998); (3) Organizational climate and job satisfaction have an influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT Ima Montaz Sejahtera (Sig = 0.00 < 0.05, F = 35.19 < 3.14).
     
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan di PT Ima Montaz Sejahtera. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek pada penelitian adalah karyawan PT Ima Montaz Sejahtera dengan sampel sebanyak 66 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala likert yang terdiri dari skala OCB, iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawa PT Ima Montaz Sejahtera (Sig = 0,02 < 0,05, t = 2,347 > 1,998); (2) Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawa PT Ima Montaz Sejahtera (Sig = 0,55 < 0,05, t = 1,952 < 1,998); (3) Iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawa PT Ima Montaz Sejahtera (Sig = 0,00 < 0,05, F = 35,19 < 3,14).
