This study is a continuation of previous studies with the same tool. Where research results from the first study with ginger ingredients, though the capacity obtained 11.24 kg / hour, while the capacity results obtained 9.41 kg / hour, and the percentage of materials that do not scar 9.42%. From the results obtained are considered still to be improved so that research can proceed by modifying the density of the eye scar Sieve mechanical equipment is expected to increase with capacity, the capacity results, and minimize the percentage of materials that do not scar. This study aims to test the density of the eye scar on Sieve mechanical equipment. This study used non-factorial completely randomized design consisting of a single factor: the density of eye scar (6, 9, 12 grat/cm2 ). Observations were done with capacity, the capacity results, the percentage of materials that do not scar , economic analysis ,break event value, and net present value . The results showed that the density of eye grated with the number 6 is the density of eye scar/cm2 the most optimal because the resulting capacity is greateren_US
