dc.description.abstract | PT. XYZ is a logistics company and needs qualified employees to increase production. Understandably, from 2018 to 2021, the performance of the resulting workers experienced a decline that was not in line with the company's expected goals. The aim of the research is to understand the effect of the independent variables (work discipline and incentives) on the dependent variable (worker performance). The research sample is the population of workers in the depot sub division at PT XYZ, namely 76 people. Data collection techniques were carried out by direct observation, interviews with workers using questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research is that the variable of work discipline and the provision of incentives partially or simultaneously has a positive and significant impact on worker performance. It is known that work discipline is the most important factor influencing the performance of workers. To improve employee performance, management is advised to improve the work system in terms of discipline, develop a reward program for employees who excel and improve workers' work facilities/equipment. | en_US |
