| dc.description.abstract | This thesis is entitled "Description of Tor-tor Sombah 120 and Gual rambing rambing music in Nagori dolog village, Silou kahaean sub-district, Simalungun
district". The purpose of this study was to describe the structure of the motion of
Tor-tor Sombah 120 and the accompanying music of Gual rambing-rambing. To
answer the problems above, the writer uses descriptive method of melodic structure
to describe the accompaniment music. The method used is descriptive research
method which is qualitative in nature by observing, interviewing, and recording.
The results obtained from this study indicate that Gondrang Gual Rambing rambing has a melodic structure built using Tetratonic scales. The implementation
of Tor-tor Sombah 120 has space, time and place of execution, and the structure of
the movement of Tor-tor Sombah 120 which is built from 12 basic movements:
1.Manombah Naibata i Nagori above, 2.Manombah Naibata i Nagori Tongah,
3.Manombah Naibata i Nagori toruh, 4.Manombah Naibata i Nagori toruh
sambilou, 5.Manombah Naibata i Nagori toruh manukkap, 6.Manombah Naibata i
Nagori toruh sambilou siamun, 7.Manombah Naibata i Nagori tongah dohot above,
8.Paborsihkondiri, 9.Mangindoh hu siamun dohot hambirang. | en_US |
