The aims of the was to design, build and test coffee bean grinder flat burr type mill on robusta coffee. Observed parameters were the effective capacity of the equipment, the percentage of losses materials, and economic analysis. The results showed that the effective capacity of the equipment was 5.00 kg/hour for robusta coffee. Losses robusta coffee was 1.112%. Economic Analysis was Rp. 1.074,25/kg, the BEP was 2.748,91 kg/year for coffee robusta. The NPV 16% was Rp. 6.147.021,25 and the NPV 20% was Rp. 5.397.751,98. The IRR was 52,81 %. | en_US |
