The development of information technology recently has rapidly progressed with various
innovations to help and facilitate humans in carrying out various daily activities.
Indonesia is a countfy that has experienced the development of technology and
information. Along with the development of technology and high smartphone acces time, an
innovation for server-based electronic payments has emerged. also known as mobile payments. One
of the mobile payment tools that is currently trending is an electronic wallet (e-wallet). Although
e-wallet is gradually gaining popularity among the public, the factors influencing Continuance
Intention on e-wallet are still unclear. People are increasingly aware of the existence of e
wallet, but the level of use is still low. The large choices of e-wallet brands that exist lead to
a very tight competition between e-wallet providers, and switching costs are relatively low so
users can easily switch from one service provider to another. Therefore, this research does not
only focus on one e-wallet brand. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of
perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and trust through satisfaction on continuance
intention. This is an associative research with the population of unknown e-wallet users. The
sample criteria used are the Millennial generation in Medan City who are e-wallet users.
Considering the number of population is not known with certainty, the number of samples is 140
respondents. The sampling method used is convenience sampling and data analysis is carried out
through PLS-SEM using the SmartPLS program.
