dc.description.abstract | The objective of this research was to evaluate and to know economic
analysis which given cassava tuber husk which fermented by Aspergillus niger in
feed of male local sheep during fattening which can be seen from the sum
production cost, the sum of production income, profit and loss, benefit cost ratio,
break even point of production price and break even point of production volume,
income over feed cost, return on investment and simple regression analysis.
The experiment used 20 weaning local male sheep with initial body weigh
12,03 ± 1,14 kg and was using completely randomized design (CRD) by four
treatments and five replications. The treatment such as P0 (feed without cassava
tuber husk fermented), P1 (feed with cassava tuber husk fermented for 15
percent), P2 (feed with cassava tuber husk fermented for 30 percent) and P3 (feed
with cassava tuber husk fermented for 45 percent).
The result of this research showed that given of cassava tuber husk
(Manihot utilissima) Fermented by Aspergillus niger had the different result to the
sum production cost (470.483, 478.056, 463.024 and 443.847, respectively), the
sum of production income (524.710, 546,390, 546.590 and 472.500, respectively),
profit and loss ( 54.227, 68.334, 83.566 and 28.653, respectively), benefit cost
ratio (1,12, 1,14, 1,18 and 1,07, respectively), break even point of production
price (29.966, 29.286, 28.404 and 31.406, respectively), break even point of
production volume (14,70, 14,94, 14,47 and 13,87, respectively), income over
feed cost (66.058, 78.785, 94.687 and 42.154, respectively), return on investment
(0,12, 0,14, 0,18 and 0,07, respectively) and simple regression analysis . In
conclusions that feed of cassava tuber husk (Manihot utilissima) fermented by
Aspergillus niger with using level 30% be the best by no extend different in the
value at profit and loss and benefit cost ratio. | en_US |
