The result of bivatriate analysis, using Pearson product moment test, showed that there was the correlation between the culture of job safety and nurses' performance at the significance p-value < 0.005 and with positive pattern which indicated that the better the culture of nurses' job safety, the better their performance. The result of linear regression tests showed that the variable which had the most significant influence on nurses' performance was the sub-variable of communication at p-value < 0.05.
