Nurses' support includes praying beside patients, reminding patients and their families to pray, giving spirit, facilitating meeting with religious figures, and giving the opportunity for the families to visit patients. The result of the research showed that there were 6 themes which described the experience of nurse practitioners in giving spiritual support to inpatients which included their experience in implementing spiritual support to patients, benefit of giving spiritual support to patients, obstacles in giving spiritual support to patients, and expectation in giving spiritual support to patients.
