Persepsi dan Peran serta Anggota Kelompok Tani terhadap Kegiatan Rehabilitasi Hutan Mangrove (Studi Kasus pada Kelompok Tani Hutan Serai Mangrove di Desa Paluh Kurau, Kecamatan Hamparan Perak, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara)

Abstract

The damaging of mangrove forest in North Sumatera is needed to worry. According to Ditjen RLPS on 2000, from the total of mangrove forest in North Sumatera is that 85.177,54 Ha in forest area and outside forest area, where 23.756,94 Ha in a good condition, 33.514,99 Ha in a medium damaged condition and 27.905,61 Ha in a damaged condition. One of them in Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Belawan exactly in Paluh Kurau Village, Subdistrict of Hamparan Perak, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatera. The foundation of writer, he want to do know level of perception and participation from the member of farmers in rehability activities from mangrove forest in Paluh Kurau Village. Direction of accuracy is for know perception of the member of farmers about rehability activities of mangrove forest. Accuracy is use purposive sampling method. Population in accuracy is the members of farmers Serai Mangrove Forest Paluh Kurau Village with the total 48 members chief of family. According result of perception and participation accuracy from the members of farmers to Gerakan Rehabilitasi Hutan dan Lahan (GN – RHL / GERHAN) in Paluh Kurau Village is a good, well planning, execution, and evaluation rehability activities of mangrove forest.
