KIKI Fadli: Contaminants Assessment Nitrogen And Phosphorus In Sub Das Sei
Kalemba (Das Padang) Area of Oil Palm Plantation PTP. Nusantara IV Pabatu In
the dry season. Guided by Sumono and AINUN ROHANAH.
The reduced organic matter content in multiple use of land allocated to
oil palm plantations. Damage due to erosion resulting in erosion of some elements
of soil fertility, such as nitrogen and phosphorus elements and the use of fertilizers
which will go into water bodies resulting in contamination. Nitrogen and
phosphorus contaminants in river water bodies will depend on the flow of river
water. It is necessary for the study of total nitrogen and total phosphorus to
determine the extent of nitrogen and phosphorus that come flowing into rivers and
river discharge relationship with table Nitrogen and Phosphorus table.
The results showed the total nitrogen content in the subzone Sei
Kalemba (DAS Padang) in may of 0 to 5.59 mg / liter and the content of total
phosphorus in the subzone Sei Kalemba (DAS Padang) obtained for 1.82 to 55.53
mg / liter. Total Nitrogen (TN) in the subzone Sei Kalemba (DAS Padang) did not
show any inclination relationship with bulk hujan.Total Phosphorus (TP) in the
subzone Sei Kalemba (DAS Padang) shows the tendency that the relative
relationship with the rainfall, although not linear.
