The study was held in December 2016 to February 2017. The purpose of the study is to calculate the estimation of fishery potential value benefit that donated by mangrove litter and make dynamic model of mangrove management for optimum and sustainable fishery utilization. The study uses interview and observation method chosen purposively with the consideration that there is a link between mangrove area and fishery resources. Furthermore, the data obtained was entered into dynamic model for to be simulated for up to 75 years. The results showed that the estimation of fishery potential value benefit that donated by mangrove litter up to 1202,282 kg/ha/year or Rp. 22.663.023/ha/year. The increase of mangrove area up to 10 ha/year is minimum effort for sustainable fishery utilization and then the composition of Avicennia spp. 15,2%; Rhizophora spp. 60,8%; and Sonneratia spp. 24% obtain the total value higher than other mangrove species composition.en_US
