Metode Structural Equation Modeling (Sem) dalam Analisis Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Prestasi Mahasiswa dengan Sistem Belajar Daring
Abstract
In 2019 the world got a bad accident with the deadly virus, namely the covid-19 virus, where this virus was endemic throughout the world in 2020 causing all face-to-face activities to be suspended, including the education system at schools and campuses, so that the education system continues to run well. then an online learning system is made. The online learning system on campus must be carried out effectively so that students can continue to excel. There are several factors that influence student achievement, both internal and external factors. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing what constructs affect student achievement. The method used is the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). SEM is a statistical technique used to build and test statistical models which are usually in the form of causal models, namely changing one variable that has an impact on other variables. The research material is the result of a survey of students from the University of North Sumatra class 2017, 2018 and 2019 using a simple random sampling technique. The results of data analysis obtained the following parameters: The coefficient of achievement with attitude to lecturers was 0.044, the coefficient of achievement with attitude to students was 0.063 and the coefficient of achievement with attitude to campus facilities was 0.190.
