Jenis-Jenis Bakteri Gram Positif Potensial Patogen pada Ikan Bandeng (Chanos chanos) di Tambak Desa Tanjung Rejo Paluh Putri Percut Sei Tuan

Abstract

Bandeng fish (C. chanos) is one of the populer fish in big society and become an acquired taste of indonesian. Pest and disease in cultivation of bandeng fish become one of the element which determine enough about the success of bandeng fish cultivation. The illness of bandeng fish are obtained from embankment is located in Tanjung Village Paluh Percut Sei Tuan. The aim of this research to know the gram positive of bacteria cause of infection in bandeng fish. The study was conducted from February to April 2016 in SKIPM Laboratory of Class I Medan I. The isolation and characterization of bacterial pathogen of the bandeng fish use dilution method. Based on the research indicate that bandeng fish has two species which is very potential as patogen bacteria in bandeng fish, it is Staphylococcus aureus and Sterptococcus iniae.
