things that can trigger high or low employee performance, especially at PT BPR
Pijer Podi Kekelengen Simpang Selayang Medan, this is what the company tends
to imagine so that there are employees who do not complete the monthly target.
Every company definitely wants the performance of its employees to be good
regardless of how the company pays attention to the work stress of each employee,
pays attention to the job satisfaction of each employee and pays attention to a good
work environment for its employees. This is what triggers the high performance of
employees in the company.
This study aims to analyze the impact of stressor, job satisfaction and work
environment on employee performance at PT BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengen Simpang
Selayang Medan.
The form of research used in this study is quantitative research with a
population associative approach in this study is all employees of PT BPR Pijer Podi
Kekelengen Simpang Selayang Medan totaling 37 respondents where sampling
was used with purposive sampling techniques. The primary data used in this study
were obtained from respondents through questionnaires that were distributed
directly while secondary data were obtained with a literature level. The data
analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test,
multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test.
The results of the study conducted showed that the variables of the stressor
effect (X1), the variabek of job satisfaction (X2) and the work environment variable
(X3) had a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT BPR Pijer Podi
Kekelengen Simpang Selayang Medan, the coefficient of determination test showed
that there was a fairly close relationship between the effects of stressors and job
satisfaction and work environment for employee performance at PT BPR Pijer Podi
Kekelengen Simpang Selayang Medan R value of 0.730%. Through the adjusted R
square value, it is also known that the variables of stressor effect, job satisfaction
and environment contributed 73.0% to the employee performance variable while
the remaining 27.0% was influenced by other variables that were not discussed in
