dc.description.abstractThe state of the pandemic has caused several government policies that have limited public activities in interacting. This certainly has an impact on various sectors, including companies. The impact that can be felt by the company is the implementation of WFH in its operational activities. The existence of WFH makes the company take the decision to reduce the form of compensation. This has an impact on employee productivity. Therefore, the BPJS Employment of the Sumbagut Regional Office must pay attention to the implementation WFH and the provision of compensation properly so that employee performance is getting better. This study aims to determine the effect of WFH and partial compensation on employee productivity at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kanwil Sumbagut. Then the next goal is to find out the effect of WFH and Compensation together on the work productivity of employees BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kanwil Sumbagut. This study uses quantitative methods involving 30 employees as the research sample. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The data collection used is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used instrument test of reliability validity, classical assumption test, hypothesis test using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the research conducted indicate that WFH and Compensation has a significant positive effect on the productivity of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kanwil Sumbagut employees, either partially or simultaneously. The effect is 41.2%, of which WFH and the compensation received are very close so that they affect employee productivity, although there needs to be an increase in certain aspects so that the increase will also improve and increase the productivity of the employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kanwil Sumbagut.en_US
