Now a day banana is to be a carry ono shoulder for the export and import in Intemational market, the element which have good luck for Indonesianto resfone the system of agribussiness banana is one of the well russ land stay in a large one and fertile, suitable climate, potensial worker ( well ruse person ),many amount, and seller opportunity product still open. Banala agribusiness can spur many melody (inversifikasion) product. The expert ini agriculture economy stick one the agribusiness of banana in the company of people (PIR) in scale small effor eg 1,0 hectar planting 1.000 - 1.500 banana tree by estimate the luck for the first year Rp. 7,5 million, second year and the next each Rp. 1,5 million. That way the buitt of agribusiness of banana have potensial economic and social very hight first for the hight one in the income of the people. The purpse is to inventory the fungi which stay in the root of banana tree in the land or location in a different one to compare many fungi in the tree of banana in some location. First about fungi, root which the potency for the banana tree.
The aim of this research was to observe fungi variation in rhizosphere of banana from 3 different location at different lavel, in Desa Negara Kecamatan STH Hilir Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Desa Silo Dunia Kecamatan Dolok Masihul Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, and Desa Singumban Julu Kecamatan Pahae Jae Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara.

The Iand sample was taking from some place, subdistried village Negara STM Hilir (500 m, dpl) Deli Serdang place, Silo Dunia Dolok Masihul village (700 m, dpl) and Sigumban Julu village, Pahae Jae Taput subdistried (900 m, dpl) stay in Tapanuli Utara, in choosing the location was come frome the hight one of the place, so make the identification of the mushroom in Laboratorium of Islamic University of North Sumatra. The thing used for taking the sample in using: Belgi drill, Plastic, tabel, Mattock, Thing used in laboratory: Cup Petridis d , Judgment, Lamiar air flow, Autoclave, Gas Tube, Mushroom/Preparat photo, Glass Beker, Inokulasi box .
The methode used is descriptive methode by identification some Mushrooms in the root of Banana plant by done nothing in it.
Sample was taken from 20 cm below land soil surface at banana roots for about 500 gr per suple. Five spots of suple were randomly taken at the diagonal of banana plants. The type of soils and pH was also axamined . The result showed that rhizosphere at Desa Negara was domited by Fusarium sp, while rhizosphere at Desa Singumban Julu was dominated by Trichoderma sp, and in Desa silo Dunia the Fusarium sp and Trichoderma sp were together dominated the rhizozphere. It could be concluded, that if the Trichoderma sp was found in the rizosphere, the other fungi would be eradicated. | en_US |
