dc.description.abstractRICO CHANDRA SIANIPAR : fruits sorting test on orange gravity sortinge equipment, Supervised by TAUFIK RIZALDI and AINUN ROHANAH Orange, sapodilla, and tomato are 3 varieties of community most preferred fruits, because of their freshness vitamins and minerals. These fruits are being sold according to their size and colours. To get uniform fruits sorting according to physical size and quality are needed The aim of this study is to test the best fruit that can be suitable to be sorted by orange gravity sorting equipment using 3 varieties with experimental design. The parameters were material effective capacity, fruits damage, uniformity and fruit percentation in each class. The result of this study show that the best fruit filled the equipment was orange.en_US
