One of the keys to success in a company depends largely on its employees.
This is because employees who have a very important role that cannot be released
in the process of running activities in a company can even be said to be the key to
the success or failure of the company in achieving success. Therefore, to be able to
increase company productivity, it is necessary to know the influence of leadership
style and organizational culture on employee performance.
This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style on employee
performance. To determine the influence of organizational culture on employee
performance. To determine the influence of leadership style and organizational
culture on employee performance PT. Suri Tani Leader Of Simalungun Regency.
This study uses the method of causal associative research method with a
quantitative approach. This research was conducted at PT. Suri Tani Leader Of
Simalungun Regency. The population was 752 people and samples taken using
purposive sampling technique were 88 people. in this study the data used are
primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires through Google
Form, and secondary data obtained through books, journals, and articles related
to this study. Data analysis methods used are validity, reliability, classical
assumption test, multiple linear analysis test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of
determination test.
Based on the results showed that leadership style partially significant effect
on employee performance PT. Suri Tani Leader Of Simalungun Regency. While the
organizational culture does not affect the performance of employees of PT. Suri
Tani Leader Of Simalungun Regency. Simultaneously leadership style and
organizational culture significantly affect the performance of employees of PT. Suri
Tani leaders of Simalungun regency by 92.7% the remaining 7.3% is influenced by
other factors that are not in the research.
