The rapid development of technology, followed by the development of the population, resulting in the occurrence of ground water extraction including more drilling wells impact on the reduction of fresh water surface elevation that is lower than sea level. Drilling wells is one type of the most widely used in the unserved areas of clean water to meet their daily needs. This study aims to determine the salinity at each point of borehole water samples and determine the distribution of salinity that occurred in the wellbore and to know the effect of distance and depth of wells drilled in the Percut Village Percut Sei Tuan regency Deli Serdang. This research was conducted using ArcView GIS 3.3 software to obtain a map that will show the distribution of salty water. The results showed that the salinity of the water wells at each sample point occurs unevenly. Groundwater salinity in the borehole is affected by sea water intrusion, where seawater intrusion is the process of entry of sea water into the aquifer mainland as a result of the occurrence of excessive use of ground water. Salinity values ranged from 333 - 2333 mg / l. Depths ranging from 20 m - 110 m. Based on the calculation results are affected by salinity ven_US
