dc.description.abstractIVAN JONATHAN : Counter Application of Rice Production Target Based on Android System. supervised by SAIPUL BAHRI DAULAY and SULASTRI PANGGABEAN. Rice is the main food commodity in Indonesian, as one of the main source of food commodities, rice production needed in the large quantity. On the previous methods the rice production target, is counted manually that is less efficient and takes a long time. Counter application rice production target based on android system was created to simplify the counting of the maximum level of rice production. By inputting the required data, the calculation result of rice production target in the specific area and period was found. This application is also has its own local storage that enable user to save the calculation result according to the area and specific period. From the study that has been done in North Binjai District Binjai Regency it was obtained that the rice production target on 2011 was 33,14%, on 2012 was 30,75%, on 2013 was 31,89%, on 2014 was 33,47%, and on 2015 was 35,40%.en_US
