Studi Kualitas Perairan sebagai Pengembangan Budidaya Ikan di Sungai Keureuto Kecamatan Lhoksukon Kabupaten Aceh Utara Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam

Abstract

Rivers can be used as sources of drinking water and fulfillment of daily life, is also used for aquaculture. To implement an aquaculture activities, the river waters are used as aquaculture must meet the requirements of both physical parameters, chemical parameters and biological parameters of water. It is necessary to study the quality of the waters to determine the potential for development of aquaculture in River Keureuto. To determine the quality of the waters of the River Keureuto for aquaculture activities is by comparing the quality of the waters of the River Keureuto that have been studied with the quality standard PP. No. 82 2001 with storet method. This study was conducted in March- May 2015 in Keureuto River. The method used is purposive sampling method. Samples were taken at 3 stations. Physical and chemical parameters river waters keureto based Quality Standard PP. No. 82 2001 belong to the quality standard of Grade III, where the waters of the River Keureto still appropriate to do aquaculture.
