Pertumbuhan Ikan Bilih (Mystacoleucus padangensis Bleeker) di perairan Sungai Aek Alian Kecamatan Balige Kabupaten Toba Samosir Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Bilih Fish (Mystacoleucus padangensis Bleeker) is fishing commodities which are avalable in the Aek Alian River District Toba Samosir. Aek Alian River in the District Toba Samosir recently be a source of fish production Bilih Fish (Mystacoleucus padangensis Bleeker) The existence of this fish is enough help the economy around but the activities of the catch of being unmanageable so as to cause a drop in the populations of fish. The condition of having the character of contradictory this will cause the need to be evaluated the amount returned the potential dan management pattern fish of Bilih in the area District Toba Samosir. This Study has the objective on accessing the growth and condition factor in the Aek Alian River District Toba Samosir. Research conducted in may to juni 2014. The research method used was Purposive Random Sampling. Stations that used consists of the station I (upstream), station II (midstream), and III (estuaries). Data used was primary data. Primary data consisted of a total length and weight in individual fish of Bilih obtained from the field. The samples of Bilih fish are 281 which consist of 82 male Bilih fish and 199 Female Bilih fish. The growth pattern of Bilih fish is negative allometrict with value of b was 2.870 male Bilih fish and 2.868 Female Bilih fish. The comparison of male and female Bilih fish is 1:2.427. The value of the Factor condition which shows of Bilih fish was 0.930 male Bilih fish and 0.942 Female Bilih fish which means that body bony fish or less fat.
