Stress conditions in chickens can be influenced by the environment, physiology, physical treatment, population, weather, nutritional needs and feed quality, to overcome these problems can be done by applying the right lighting program and the use of vitamin B complex injections. The research process was carried out in a close house cage in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance and blood profile of broiler chickens after receiving different exposure times and receiving different doses of vitamin B-Complex. The study began in September 2021 and ended in October 2021. This study used 1296 unsexing of DOC chickens which were kept until the age of 31 days. The experimental design carried out in this study was a split plot design method with 3 main plots, 4 subplots with 3 replications where the first factor was the main plot, namely the treatment duration of lighting N1 = 24 hours, N2 = 22 hours, N3 = 20 hours, then factor the second was sub-plots, namely the dose of vitamin b complex V0 = 0.0 cc, V1 = 0.5 cc, V2 = 1.0 cc, V3 = 1.0 + vitamin A D E (0.2 cc) per head. The data obtained were tested by Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and continued with Duncan's test. The results showed that the light treatment on the performance of ration consumption and body weight gain showed very significant results, while the ration conversion and Performance Index showed insignificant results. For the treatment of injection vitamin dose is not significant on the performance. In blood hematology, WBC, eosinophils, heterophiles, H/L light showed significant results while injection vitamin doses did not show significant results on blood hematology, as well as antibody titers for ND and IBD both light treatment and vitamin B complex injection showed insignificant results. . The conclusion that can be obtained from this study is that to achieve maximum performance in broiler rearing, 24-hour lighting is needed, so that lighting time can affect ration consumption and body weight gain that will be achieved by chickens per day later if broiler chickens do not show the emergence of significant stress effects. heavy, the use of vitamin B complex injection is not really needed to be given into the body of the chicken.en_US
