PEBRIAN INDRA RISKY DALIMUNTHE. Response Cylindrocladium sp. To
the active substance Mancozeb Fungicide In Vitro. Guided by EDY BATARA
MULYA SIREGAR and NELLY ANNA.
Cylindrocladium sp. is one of the pathogens trigger dangerous diseases
that blight on eucalyptus plants in the pulp industry. Widely spread and
prevention with the use of a contact fungicide mancozeb 80% WP.
Research on Response Cylindrocladium sp. To the active
substanceMancozeb Fungicide In Vitro has been completed. The purpose of this
study was to determine the response Cylindrocladium sp. on the provision of
different concentrations and characterize the growth of colonies (shape, color, and
texture). Research using completely randomized design (CRD) non factorial with
basic media PDA. Concentrations used were 0 mg / ml (control) 0.4 mg / ml
(M1), 0.8 mg / ml (M2), 1.2 mg / ml (M3), and 1.6 mg / ml (M4). Parameters
measured were Cylindrocladium colony diameter sp., The percentage of colonies
relative barriers Cylindrocladium sp., Spore density Cylindrocladium sp.,
Macroscopic and microscopic observation. Treatment significantly affect colony
growth, relative barriers and spore density. Macroscopic characteristics include a
white colony, the hyphae such as cotton, spread evenly and thicken in the middle.
Microscopic characteristics which include changes in the structure of the hyphae,
branching hyphae, density klamidiospora, Konia increasingly stunted and swelling
of such tumors in a set of hyphae.
