Traditional medicine has been in the community and is used empirically to
provide benefits in improving health danpengobatan various diseases. Department
of Health classifies obattradisional as herbs, standardized herbal medicine and

have properties to cure a wide range of traditional penyakit.Obat in Indonesia

interaction between compounds that have a stronger influence
Medicinal plants generally have certain parts that are used as drugs,
namely: root (radix), rhizome (rhizome), tubers (tuber), flowers (flos), fruit
(fruktus), seed (semen), wood (lignum) , bark (cortex), stem (cauli), leaves (folia)
and whole plants (herbs).
Types of medicinal plants used by the community is quite diverse, and its
use is not maximized. The benefits of medicinal plants has not been well known
by the public umum.Manfaat of some medicinal plants obtained from interviews
and contained the same relative scientific sources. Parts of the plant most widely
used as an ingredient of medicines are used daun.Tumbuhan derived from plants
