Pengaruh Kepercayaan Diri terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada Wirausahawan Muda di Kota Medan
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of self-confidence on business success. Self-confidence is one of the factors that support business success. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The subjects in this study were young entrepreneurs in the city of Medan with a sample of 100 people. The data collection method uses a Likert scale, which is a scale that is based on aspects of self-confidence and business success. The analytical method used in this study is a simple regression method. The results of this study obtained a p value of 0.01 <0.05 that self-confidence has a significant effect on the success of a business. Self-confidence has an effect of 15.6% on business success and the regression equation Y = 31,584 + (0.200) X this proves that the higher the confidence, the higher the success rate.
