Community resilience is the ability of members of a community to voluntarily improve the impact of a problem, including the ability to explain and communicate the environment, participate in, and move on or rise from a problem. Community resilience is an important thing for every individual to have. Especially during this Covid-19 pandemic. As health workers who are one of the professions that directly handle Covid-19 patients, many of them experience psychological problems, one of which is stress. This study aims to determine the relationship between community resilience and stress in health workers who are dealing directly with the Covid-19 virus. The sample collection in this study used the accidental sampling method. This study uses a quantitative approach using simple linear regression analysis data analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that there is a negative relationship between stress and community resilience, the lower the stress on the individual, the higher the community's resilience. The results of this study can be used as a reference for interventions to create a comfortable community, so that increasing resilience can reduce stress levels in individuals.
