dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement on organizational
citizenship behavior (OCB) in Indomaret employees. The subjects used in this
study were Indomaret employees in Medan City, amounting to 277 people. This
study uses quantitative methods. Data were collected using the Utrecht Work
Engagement Scale (UWES) and the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)
scale. The method used in this study is to use a simple linear regression test. The
results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of employee engagement
on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Based on the results of data
analysis in this study, it can also be seen that employee engagement provides an
effective contribution of 69.6% to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in
Indomaret employees. | en_US |
