dc.description.abstractBackground, Succinylcholine is an ideal neuromuscular block drug for intubation facility that has a fast dnset of action, complete pamlysis, firll and quick recovery without the use of reversal, with the adverse effect of myalgia that is often associated due to fasciculation Myalgia can still be found even after a precurarication process. Myalgia usually occurs after 24 hours post administration which is usually called as Post Operative Myalgla (POM). The purpose of this rial is to find the best combination between Rocuronium and Lidocaine or Atracurium and Lidocaine to prevent myalgia post operation after the administration of succynilcholine.en_US
