| dc.description.abstract | This paper concern with the description of the theme of love in Taylor Swift's song lyrics. This study aims to describe the type of love theme and the dominant type of love found in the lyrics of Taylor Swift's selected song. Qualitative descriptive method was used in this study with primary data in the form of 12 Taylor Swift song lyrics entitled: Dress, Blank Space, I Knew You Were Trouble, Better Man, Dear John, The Best Day, Long Live, You Belong With Me, Lover, All Too Well, Love Story and Tied Together With a Smile. Literature research is also applicable to this paper to support the analysis of the theme of love and required information from relevant books or other sources. After describing the data, the writer found many types of love themes in Taylor Swift's chosen songs, namely Eros, Ludus, Storge, Philia, Mania, Pragma and Philautia. From the seven love themes found, the writer finds that Ludus is a love theme that is often used in these songs. | en_US |
