Analisis Pelaksanaan Tugas Pokok dan Fungsi (Tupoksi) Pustakawan di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Pemko Medan

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out the implementation of the main duties and functions (TUPOKSI) of a librarian at the Library and Archives Agency of Medan Municipal Government based on PERMENPAN RB Number 9 of 2014. This paper uses library research method and field studies conducted at the Library and Archives Agency of Medan Municipal Government. The data analyzed in this observation is the Employee Performance Target (SKP) of Librarians in 2021 which are 7 librarians consisting of Functional positions of Pustakawan Ahli Muda (Young Expert Librarian), Pustakawan Ahli Pertama (First Expert Librarian), Pustakawan Mahir (Proficient Librarian), and Pustakawan Terampil (Skilled Librarian). Data analysis is carried out by comparing the details of the activities in the librarian's SKP with the details of the activities stipulated in PERMENPAN RB Number 9 of 2014. Based on the results of the analysis, it reveals that not all activity items stipulated in PERMENPAN RB Number 9 of 2014 are found in librarian's SKP in 2021 which is caused by the small number of librarians working at the Library and Archives Agency of Medan Municipal Government
