There are three targets of this research, namely: First, to know and explain of
behavioral bureaucracy officers in giving public services for society in subdistrict of
Medan Tembung. Second, to know and explain of public services quality given by
governmental officers of subdistrict of Medan Tembung. Third, to explain and
analyse the behavioral influences of bureaucracy officers to public services quality
for society in Medan Tembung Subdistrict.
Subdistrict of Medan Tembung is the location of this research, and the
population is all of society in Medan Tembung Subdistrict; amount to 28.203 KK.
The sampels of research specified by as much 70 responders come from seven chief
of village. Primary data of research obtained by passing spreading kuisioner. The data
analysed by descriptively statistical and analytical of simple regresi.
The results of research indicate that the behavioral indicator of bureaucracy
(friendly attitude and ability comprehend the duty) bureaucracy officers in Medan
Tembung Subdistrict are optimal enough. Behavioral indicators of bureaucracy
officers (attitude responsibility and say respectably) is middle enough. Behavioral
indicators of bureaucracy officers (ability finish each every problem and also
appreciation to public) relative less be optimal. Indicators of public services quality
are certainty aspect, freshment, informative, efficiency, economic and well enough
with justice and fulfill the expectation, desire and also society requirement in
subdistrict of Medan Tembung. While aspects of amenity and time accuracy relative
still not yet gratified society in subdistrict of Medan Tembung. The result of test
regresi modestly show the !iiitung is 2,001, bigger than t1abe1 of 1,67, with the storey
level significant a 5%. Thereby bureaucracy behavior positively and really
influencing of public services quality in subdistrict of Medan Tembung.
