| dc.description.abstract | Agarwood is the result of a fungus that normally penginfeksian using fungi Fusarium sp. The purpose of this study was to determine the presence of Fusarium sp consistency in agarwood (Aquilaria malaccencis Lamk.) Which has been in the fungal inoculation and what is widely available on the stem top, middle, and bottom of aloes. Sample which is to used is stem which is taken away from Desa Penungkiran Durin Jangah Pancur Batu. Isolation and identifying has been done in Laboratorium Bioteknologi Hutan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sumatera Utara, which is conducted from April - October2013. The result of this research showed that there are fifteen isolat of fungi from the stem, that are5 isolat Fusarim sp, 2 isolat Acremonium sp, 1 isolat Alternaria alternaria, 1 isolat Nigrospora sphaerica, 2 isolat Scopulariopsis sp, 1 isolat Arthrinium phaeospermum, 1 isolat Cladosporium sp, 1 isolat Scytalidium lignicola, 1 isolat Mucorsp. | en_US |
