Pemberian Terabuster dan Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskula pada Pembibitan Jabon (Anthocephalus cadamba)

Abstract

Domi Rajes K Manik : Using Terabuster and Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi In Nursery of Jabon ( Anthocephalus cadamba ) . Under supervision of DENI ELFIATI and DELVIAN The objective of this research is for getting a doseage should be applied in nursery of jabon (Anthocephalus cadamba) in the field. The method was used is factorial completely randomized design with 2 factors , namely Terabuster with a concentration 0% , 0.001 % , 0.002 % , 0.004 % , and mycorrhizal inoculation at a doseage of 0 g , 5 g , 10 g . Terabusteris one of thepolymerliquidfertilizer. This fertilizercontainsmacroand micronutrientsaredirectlyabsorbedbythe plant.The research was conducted in the green house of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sumatera . The parameters measured were plant height , plant diameter , number of leaves , root colonization percentages , ratio of crown roots , plant dry weight and absorption of P. The results showed that the interaction between doseage of terabuster and mycorrhizal did not give significant effect . Terabuster showed significant effect on the increase of plant height , plant diameter , number of leaves , and absorption of P . The best result concentration is 0.004 % . Using arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi showed significantly effect the percentage of root colonization , absorption of P and total plant dry weight . The best used of AMF is 10 gr .
